Third Strand Leadership Coaching

The Third Strand Leadership Coaching Model is designed to support new or experienced leaders through a time of growth and adjustment into a leadership role or to navigate a specific situation within an organization.  In Ecclesiastes, there is a reference to the strength of a chord of three strands not being quickly broken   We believe in each organization, the leader and the organization represent two of those three strands.  Our aim is to be the third strand of support for time of temporary growth or long term coaching and support.  

 

The Third Strand model establishes measurable goals for the leader or organization and supports the leader on a six month to one year journey to improve in the desired areas.  Support is provided through 1:1 coaching/mentoring sessions that take place both in person and virtually.  Organizational check-ins can be as needed.  Written summaries and progress updates are provided with each session.  Each session provides an opportunity for the leader to get timely and relevant consultation on current leadership challenges from an industry trained expert while at the same time focus on long term growth and development as a leader. 

 

Whether we partner for six months or six years, our aim is to strengthen both the leader and the organization through sound coaching, experiential advice, and proactive planning & support.
